When can I expect my order to be shipped?

 

Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Though most orders are processed within 24 hours, there can be an expected processing time of 24-72 hours. Orders are processed during weekdays 9:30am-4pm PST. Orders will not be processed on Saturday, Sunday, or US federal holidays.

 

Most Priority Mail Express orders placed before 12pm noon M-F will ship out same-day.

 

Delivery Times

 

Once your order is processed for delivery, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

 

If your order qualifies for free shipping, it may be shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority mail (larger orders) and will usually be delivered within 2 to 8 business days after your order is processed.

 

USPS Priority Mail is usually delivered within 2-4 days of being shipped.

 

Please note that USPS shipping times are not guaranteed.

 

Where do we ship?

 

Best Value CBD offers shipping to 48 US states (sorry we do not ship to Idaho, Kansas, Nevada, South Dakota ). Shipping is available to APO/FPO addresses. We offer international shipping only to select wholesalers. If you are interested in shipping to your country, please contact our customer service. Please note that return labels will not be provided on international orders. Duties, taxes, and other custom fees may be adjusted based on the contents of your shipment.

 

Incorrect address submission-

 

Please make sure to carefully review your shipping and billing address before placing your order. Incorrect address submissions may result in delayed delivery, or returned packages. In the event of the package being returned to Best Value CBD due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided, the package will not be reshipped until a 15% restocking and shipping fee is payed by the customer.

 

Missing items:

 

Items that arrive damaged, missing or incorrect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide a pictures of the packing slip as well as items received. Once your claim has been submitted for review and approval, we will further assist you in correcting the issue.

 

Returning Items:

 

Returns will only be accepted on unopened, unused cbd products. Once it is received and verified unopened and untampered with, a refund may be issued for that item after a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

 

Privacy and discretion:

 

Order from Best Value CBD are to be shipped in plain package envelopes or boxes. The shipping label on the package will be labeled Best Value CBD along with our address.
